Once we upgraded to a room with a terrace we found the hotel to be exactly what we had wanted, from the point of view of the panoramic views of the Bay of Naples. The foyer area is gorgeous. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast buffet was minimal There was no pool or entertainment. It was very quiet in the hotel It would not suit everyone, but would be ideal for a couple who want peace and quiet.
-
The location of the hotel was good and the views from the balcony absolutely wonderful! The room itself was resently renovated and nice, but not very large. The balcony was a great extra! The breakfast was also very good. The parking place possibility was a necessity in Sorrento!
The soundproofing was bad and we woke up early in the morning because of cleaning noises. You could also hear neighbours having a shower.
-
The views from the balconys are spectacular. The reception desk staff ( especially Giovvanni) were very helpful. The breakfast room setting is beautiful.
It is a little noisy because the hallway floors are marble, so you can hear every person's footsteps and the sound of people talking in the halls carrys quite far. The breakfast buffet was average.
-
Hotel staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and in a beautiful spot.
-
Beautiful views and unique layout providing many spots for guests to enjoy the hotel and the views. Room was very clean and well maintained. Location was great for walking into Sorrento and exploring other spots close by (restaurants, shops, etc). Close to Sant Agnello center as well.
Slight issue with the air conditioning on our last night's stay out of seven nights. Not a big deal, still was comfortable.
-
Absolutely everything!!! - from the care attention of the staff - particularly Emanuella, Guiseppe and Enza on reception to all the staff in the dining room who all couldn't do enough to make our stay very special. The view from our balcony was spectacular and although the hotel is used for weddings this only adds to the experience of staying there. This was our third visit and we will definitly be returning.

Absolute, pure luxury. From the moment you step in and see the outrageous view over the sea, you know you're in somewhere special. The staff are some of the best I've seen, going above and beyond the call of duty. We stayed in the Executive Double - as rooms go it is smaller than others in the hotel, but what it loses there, it more than makes up for in the quality stakes. This room provides a central terrace that is absolutely unique to the hotel, and affords unspoilt views of the Gulf of Naples. Breakfast was also one of the best we've had on our trip, great selection, and attentive staff. Really lovely hotel.
Considering the calibre of hotel, the swimming pool was a slight disappointment. However, this is easily overlooked with the rest of the accommodation, and the beach is only minutes away.
-
Excellent hotel immaculately clean and comfortable stunning views quiet location friendly helpful staff highly recommend this hotel
-
The sea view is wonderfull.
Internet connection very very poor for a business travel. Impossible to use VOIP communication like Skype, Facetime and so on. A loud noise of climatisation (Quies ball) mandatory if you are sensitive about that.
-
We liked the friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the views.
We didn't like that the pool wasn't open
-
Virtually all members of staff and those in restaurant in particular made such an effort to remember your requirements, room number etc, nothing was too much trouble. Upkeep was immaculate throughout hotel.
The times and frequency of the complimentary shuttle bus is rather restrictive and too infrequent. Could do with a run each hour but a minor issue in the context of a n excellent hotel.
-
View, car park, room size for 2 adults+ 2 kids was perfect, our room had a veranda with a viee we loved it, shuttle to adn from sorrento
-
Location, cleanliness, friendly staff
Limited availability of fresh fruit for breakfast A little remote from Sorrento, despite complimentary minibus service - difficult to find good local restaurants
-
The hotel location was spectacular and the facilities were really good. The hotel looks well and the pool area is amazing. I would really recommend having dinner on the terrace as the sun sets on the horizon! The best thing about this hotel though is its staff - very courteous and always keen to help in any way.
-
+ Great views + Excellent breakfast facilities (terrace overlooking gulf) + Moderately priced parking (EUR12 pn) + Beach access
- Very noisy due to thin walls and tiled corridors. Take earplugs with you - Cheaper rooms (Superior as opposed to Deluxe) have a better view as those are located on higher floors - Sorrento is 20-30 min walk (EUR15-20 by taxi but infrequent shuttle is provided by the hotel)
